THE PROJECT

  • Project Summary

Originally, at the end of the 80s the private promoter obtained a land of 13 hectares to realize a property touristic project (pavilions) which had not been realized for various administrative, financial and economic reasons.
In 2010, he contacted ASICOM to establish a partnership and they created “La Société des Infrastructures Aqua-Hôtelières d'Algérie” company whose capital was constituted in particular by a contribution in kind (land property promoter).
In 2011, the company launched a national architectural competition for the construction of a touristic village. The retained project was the one of Mohamed Larbi MERHOUM office.

 

  • Project Content 

Because of its scale, consistency, diversity and location RUSICA PARK project is considered as one of the greatest tourism projects underway.

In particular, it distinguishes itself by:

  • Its strategic location overlooking the sea;
  • Its accessibility to the road network;
  • Its components integration and complementarity designed for customers needs.

The project consists of:

  • 165 Type A Apparts-Hotel.
  • 87 Type B Apparts-Hotel.
  • 16 Pavilions.
  • 10 Villas (high standing).
  • Hotel of 115 rooms.
  • Aqua-park.
  • Restaurants and Trade Spaces.
  • Roman Theater (Open air). 
  • Sport and Leisure Spaces.
  • Covered Amusement Park.
  • Wastewater Treatment Plant.
  • Water Tanks and Boreholes.

The residences are each equipped with car parks and individual pools for pavilions and villas.

Works started in September  2013 and the partial operation of tourist complex was annouced on july 20,2023.
