THE PROJECT

• Project Summary

The Commercial center realization was initiated by El-Boustene Sarl in 2004.

The works were launched in 2005 and 03 years later they were interrupted because of financial reasons.

The Bank (BADR) that financed the project oriented the promoters to contact ASICOM for a partnership which was concretized in September 2010. The result was the transformation of Sarl El Boustene into a joint stock company named Oceano Center.

The works were relaunched in the second half of 2011 including a general review of technical aspects and structures development as a restauration building and a multi-storey car park. These works required more than 1400 million dinars that more than a half was provided by ASICOM.

• Project Content 

The project is located outside the Eastern City of Algiers (le quartier des Bananiers), It has a direct access by express way leading to the airport. It is also accessible by tram.

The Center is implanted on a site of nearly 33,000 m². It consists of :

• A Carrefour Hypermarket of 6,000 m²;
• Shops of nearly 5,000 m²;
• Restauration spaces of 1000 m²;
• Leisure of 1,500 m²;
• multi-storey car with a capacity of 360 places.

CITY CENTER was inaugurated in 18^th June 2015 (the first day of Ramadhan 1436).
